Aaron Rocke
Aaron started his firm to improve lives and productivity through efficient and dignified employment relationships. Employment is a highly regulated bond that is complicated with all that makes us human. So, having the right advisor makes a world of difference. With more than twenty years of legal experience, he can customize sound policies and win your bet-the-company litigation.
Aaron focuses on employment law and select commercial or business litigation. He also advises founders and chief officers of businesses and executive directors of nonprofit organizations on policies, practices, and high-risk decisions with employees. He also resolves disputes arising out of the sale of a business.
Mr. Rocke’s clients have prevailed at trial, and he has advocated successfully in appellate courts.

Education and Background
After serving in the U.S. Army, Aaron returned to his home in Seattle. Using his G.I. bill benefits, he went back to school to earn his B.A. from the University of Washington and his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law.
