Nina Crosby
Nina Crosby is an associate attorney at Rocke Law. Her practice focuses on employment disputes, including claims of discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and litigation involving business torts, non-competes, and employment agreements. In addition, she counsels clients on routine employment matters, as well as reviews and prepares client-specific policies and contracts. Whether representing the employer or employee, Nina takes time to understand the client’s perspective and goals to effectuate the best possible outcomes.

Education and Background

Before joining the firm, Nina served as a judicial extern at the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Elayna J. Youchah. She also worked at a boutique law firm in Las Vegas, assisting with employment and commercial litigation. Additionally, she served as an intern with the only public hospital in Las Vegas, where she assisted the general counsel in defending the hospital from discrimination and hostile work environment claims.
Nina completed law school, graduating cum laude from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Nina served as the Nevada Law Journal’s Executive Editor and was a Society of Advocates Moot Court Team member. She also was a student attorney for the UNLV Immigration Clinic, where she assisted unaccompanied children facing deportation.
